When is payment due?
Payment is monthly and due the first class every month.
The yearly club membership fee is due when classes commence in the fall of each year. If the student begins part-way through the season or during summer session, the yearly membership fee is due at the beginning of the student’s first class.
How can I pay?
There is a black payment dropbox by the office door in the gym’s waiting room (behind the door to the gym when this door is open). Cash or check payments may be left there.
If you are paying in cash, please be sure to put the cash in an envelope with the student’s name written on it. Checks should be made out to Northwest Kansas Gymnastics Academy, or NKGA. Include the student’s name in the Memo line.
Mail cash or check payments to:
Northwest Kansas Gymnastics Academy
PO Box 203
Oberlin, KS 67749
We also accept payment via PayPal. Please note that PayPal requires an additional fee.

How can I donate?
Donations are accepted and much appreciated! NKGA is a non-profit organization and relies on student tuition and community contributions to keep the doors open. Donations help keep the cost of tuition low, pay for new equipment, and maintain the building.
Fundraisers
NKGA typically hosts at least one large fundraising event a year. Funds raised help cover our insurance costs. These events are fun for the whole family as we include both children and adults! In recent years we have been selling Colorado peaches in August. Follow our Facebook page for up-to-date information!
